Summary/Abstract: This is a brief comment from an ethical point of view over the myths and methodologies of counseling in political campaign. Local elections of 2004 have shown that counseling experts can fail to exert their abilities. Which part can we blame for that: Politicians or political experts? Why should ethics play a role in this process? Questions of this kind seem to be absolutely necessary for one’s understanding of counselor’s role in politics, and even of politician’s role in public life, because in order to make such an activity beneficent for the public life, we need a set of moral principles, which are now forgotten.
