Doctrinal Aspects of Juridical Capacity Content Specificity Delimitation

Summary/Abstract: The juridical capacity analysis, from the side of law theory, implies the consideration of the participation characteristic features to the juridical circuit in all law branches. The juridical capacity is, therefore, a unique concept, synthetic, present in the whole juridical system, having a unitary main content. The most difficult problem, from the theoretical point of view, is to find some criteria, unanimous accepted, which have to be the foundation of juridical capacity classification.
