The axiological-teleological-praxis valences of this notion imply exact sciences perspective attack, of psychology, philosophy, law philosophy too, mainly. Attacked from the law general theory perspective, this “capacity” term is wearing the juridical capacity content, its definition, characters and evolution represent a doctrinaire’s constant care, the gravitation axis of the legislator and one of the law application major objectives.
