Summary/Abstract: "The work presented below focuses on the little girl’s relationship with her mother. In order to reach to a valid conclusion, I have compared little girls with boys, and reviewed the views of those who have written about their similarities and differences from the sexual point of view according of psychoanalysis and have given some explanations of girls’ detachment from the mother and their turning towards the male character of the family."
