Summary/Abstract: The human action gets specific projections considering the setting up and its efficient achievement in close and complex dependence on the status and the role that the agent has within some organizational structures actively connecting to these structures and galvanizing them. The natural, balanced integration of the individual within these structures and their corresponding relations involve taking a set of status (stressed upon by relationships of mutual compensation) and the exertion of their corresponding roles. In this way it is achieved the systematic accomplishment of the human needs in their dynamic and it is created a field of action for the inexhaustible creative abilities of the personality. The status and the role become real “guides” capable of efficiently organizing the space for action and guide the behavior of the social agents. The status and the role form two complementary dimensions through which any agent is included, existentially and operationally, in certain social structures. Both status and roles must stimulate the multilateral development of the personality.
