Summary/Abstract: Child trafficking is a transnational business that brings huge funds, given that there is the multiple sales practice. Violence is not always used, traffickers taking advantage of the innocence and vulnerability of minors and that, being in a foreign country, they are disadvantaged by the lack of knowledge regarding the culture and language, the country's laws and the institutions that can protect them. Traffic implies both the taking of a minor by force but also the voluntary action, whether performed internally or internationally
