Gambling in Romania. Theoretical and practical issues relating to illegalities that may be commited in this field

Summary/Abstract: The global crisis that has strongly hit Europe and the United States could revive gambling throughout the world. Developed economies must primarily recover in the banking sector, for then to help the Romanian official currency, „leu”, in this hundreds of billions of dollars business. Those who have money to invest will not regret if they buy shares of the largest bookmakers and shares of the largest bank transfer services that operate with gambling. This article brings before the specialists some theoretical and practical issues of gambling that our country has lately been facing.
