Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with analysis of relation between globalization and political extremism. It deals with ideologically funded extremism and finds points in which left and right wings overlap as well as the points at which they depart and become antagonisms. Distinction is made between apparently similar concepts such are globalization, globalism and „new world order“. The observation of different theoretical approaches leads to positive and negative novums yielded by globalization. Although nation and nation state are emphasized as the major enemy of globalization, the paper reveals much more dangerous enemies such are organized crime, terrorism and extremism. The relation between globalization and political extremism is of causal-consequential character and often functions per the symbiotic principle.
