Summary/Abstract: Security is an essential factor in ensuring a high quality of life in the European society as well as the critical intrastructure by preventing and combating common threats. In this regard, taking into account the global threats towards the security, the European Union show interest in adopting joint measures within the member states for preventing and combating terrorist acts and cross-border crime which may infringe the European legislation area of liberty, security and justice.
