Summary/Abstract: The financing of international combating in organized crime turns out to be a field of substantial interest in the global environment, marked by the recrudescence of terrorist attacks and the use of organized crime connections to finance terrorist activities.This article will explain a potential improved way forward, based on a theoretic feasible approach, in accessing supplementary means of financing, by respecting simple principles, in order to help Romanian authorities for the combating of serious crime with transnational character.
