Summary/Abstract: South-East Europe and the Organized Crime are two related issues, apparently inseparable in the last 20 years developments in the region. The article marks on overview of the main developments, pointing out mainly issues concerning future involvement of the EU and USA in the new refurbishing of the institutional genuine construction for combating organized crime in the area.
