Summary/Abstract: The objective of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of municipal real estate management from the perspective of local social and economic development. The paper addresses the problem of property management at the municipal level, it discusses the role of real estate management in local social and economic development policy, and defines and interprets the concept of effective property management in municipalities.
