Summary/Abstract: It is becoming a common belief among both theorist and practitioners that organization culture is one of its particularly valuable resources, which may be a vital source of an organization's competitive advantage and may decide on its success. The article focuses on examining how the cultural patterns influence the employees' attitudes and their common relations, which have repercussions for the processes of sharing knowledge.
