Summary/Abstract: The study presents employee opinion survey which has been conducted in one of the capital groups dealing with building materials in Poland. The company is a part of international concern and has undergone changes in almost all areas of management for 20 years. Employee opinion survey has been implemented as an answer for employee dissatisfaction and resistance to change. The paper presents survey methodology, communication about research and its results. Employee opinion survey has been the signal of change and new quality of Human Resources Management.
