Summary/Abstract: Due to changing conditions of conducting business and aging society, having engaged employees in organization structures is a key competitive factor. The concept of employees engagement is different from employees satisfaction. Engaged employees are emotionally bound up with organization and make extra effort for the employer. The paper presents the idea of employees engagement, its influence on company performance and the costs which are created by disengaged employees. The article might be a hint for practitioners who would like to explore the methodology of employees engagement. The usage of employees engagement survey results and ways of employees engagement improvement are also presented.
