Summary/Abstract: The article describes different aspects of burnout, with special regards on burnout model. Considerations concentrate on causes and effects of burnout such as role conflict, job standardization, relations with coworkers and mangers. As negative effects of burnout the article indicates lack of engagement, weak personal achievements and other distortion in board work.
