Forces as a tool of leadership support

Summary/Abstract: The article concerns one of the forms of exercise managerial function which is leadership. Then based on the literature there are presented selected concepts and basic leadership dimensions, such as the way of decision making against the creation of future solutions. In this context, the role of communication, including assisting managers by specialized task forces, have been taken into account.
