Leadership-based Communication and Interaction

Summary/Abstract: The article consists of three parts. The first looks at the idea of cooperation while the second presents the concept of leadership as a form of managerial work, based on a participative management style and interaction with a subordinate team of employees. The second part also presents selected teams supporting leaders. The third part contains the results of empirical research conducted in companies from Malopolska, showing some aspects of organisational and communication support cooperation and collaboration in these organisations.
