Interesy pracowników medycznych na tle restrukturyzacji zatrudnienia w sektorze zdrowia
Medical professionals’ interests in relation to structural changes in the health care sector

Summary/Abstract: Recently observed change in the employment structure of health care sector in Poland, based on the change in the form of work of medical professionals (doctors and nurses) aimed at more than anything an increase of efficiency of health care sector, might foster abuses. Therefore changes should be accompanied by particular care for preserving the balance between interests of both employees and employers. The aim of following paper is to check if this is what really happens. Based on research material gathered among representatives of medical professions, following conclusion has been formulated: changes in the employment structure of health care sector, based on the changes in the form of employment often lead to interests of medical employees not being respected to satisfying extent.
