Building an organization favourable for people in the context of potential employees’ expectations

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the problem connected with an organization favourable for people. The essence of this organization was shown and the enterprise favourable for employees was defined. The special attention was paid to potential employees as the members of the outer labour market. On the base of the results of the field research their expectations were identified and the changes of their preferences which had taken place from 2009 were described too. At the end the challenges of such an organization were emphasized.
