Summary/Abstract: The article presents the problem of employees’ motivation. Special attention was paid to motivation activities implemented in 2007-2010 and to activities which were planned to implement. It allowed to prepare the hierarchy structure of motivation activities which showed the lack of marketing attitude to motivation. The enterprises in Poland did not think about challenges they were facing in the scope of motivation related to employees but were rather focused on financial incentives.
