Summary/Abstract: The Retrojection of the Richirian Sublime - a Way of Deconstructing the Ethics of the Symbolic Institution and Reconstructing the Archaic Ethics of the Phenomenological Unconscious. This approach deals with underlining on the one side, the philosophical and ethical problem of the retrojection of the richirian sublime and on the other side, with showing how this retrojection could deconstruct every type of symbolic institution with its habitus including every form of ethics which has its own basis in the symbolic institution. The latter presents many difficulties that come from what Ernst Cassirer names as symbolic poignancy and expresses the lack of power to infer the things, the states, the actions, therefore the tendency of thinking to integrate them in a determined meaning. It becomes necessary that every symbolic ethics be deconstructed by the retrojection of the sublime so that its true archaic source, the phenomenological Unconscious, be emphasized in its creative potential opposed to the tautology and the circularity of the symbolic institution. The ways of deconstructing the ethics of the symbolic institution are: the phenomenological clignotement of qualia, the passive synthesis of third degree, the transcendental eidetic without concepts and the transcendental landscape. They can deconstruct, by variating the qualia, the ethics of the symbolic institution and reconstruct the archaic ethics because, genetically, they see the subject or a state of facts as a tranpassible and transpossible event opening its meaning to the phenomenological analysis and to others subjects/states of facts in their Faktizitat. Work should be a special type of transcendental landscape if we know how to listen the eurhythmics of language and the internal rhythms of the phenomenological clignotement.
