Summary/Abstract: The article considers benefits of complementary activity of apparently competitive institutions: venture capital funds and alternative investment markets. It describes the potential benefits that both can obtain thanks to mutual cooperation. Additionally NewConnect was analyzed to verify theoretical arguments.
