Telecommunication operators’ investments as a factor limiting the digital exclusion in Poland

Summary/Abstract: The principal aim of this article is the evaluation of investments in telecommunication infrastructure in Poland from 2006 to 2010 in the context of elimination of social exclusion barriers. The selected issues concerning the regulation environment, which is one of the most important sources of uncertainty and risk of investments on this market, are shown in the article.
