Summary/Abstract: The article investigates the causes that force learners of the senior secondary school forms to continue studies at vocational education and training schools. Attitude of learners who continue studies at vocational school and their parent attitudes to the difference in educational quality at secondary and vocational schools are explored. Educational quality assessment in vocational schools and other type schools (basic, secondary, youth, and adult schools) are compared.
