Accounting Education in selected universities in Poland

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents an analysis of accounting subjects taught in the accounting specialization of studies in public and private universities in Poland. The first part of the paper provides a detailed description of accounting specializations – their names and affiliation with a direction of studies. The second part presents the accounting curriculum of the specializations. Moreover, the paper is supposed to show the similarities and differences between programs of teaching accounting in the selected universities.
