Summary/Abstract: The hereby paper presents the issue of loyalty and indicates the need of perceiving it both in an affective and behavioral approach. Then it shows types, objectives and motives of customer loyalty taking into account the essentials of functioning of travel enterprises and client behaviour on tourism market.
