Summary/Abstract: The history of the Czechoslovak Foreign Army during the SecondWorldWar has already been dealt with by a number of historians. The Jewish issue in this army, however, is still among the topics that have been less covered. One of the major stumbling blocks in trying to tackle this area is that the archival sources are considerably scattered. The following paper is based on a master’s degree thesis that was defended in 2012 at the Czech History Institute, Faculty of Arts, Charles University. Of key importance to this thesis were sources kept at the Archiv bezpečnostních složek [Security Services Archive], Vojenský ústřední archiv [Military Central Archive], Archiv Ústavu T. G. Masaryka [Archive of the T. G. Masaryk Institute], Národní archiv [National Archives] in Prague and Yad Vashem Archives in Jerusalem.
