The Linguistic-Cultural Particularity of Precedent Texts

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the present paper is to discuss some features of the precedent texts as well as to describe their linguistic-cultural particularity. In the present paper, the precedent texts are considered to be those which are known and important to the representatives of some cultural society. They reflect the representatives' perception of the world, the attitude towards valuable things, relations among phenomena. The group of signs which is valuable and consistent so some group of people can also be considered as precedent text, i. e. fiction works of large volume, quotations from such works, popular jingles, words taken from animated cartoons, advertising texts, etc.
