Summary/Abstract: The present day education insists on the acquiring of the intellectual knowledge and skills while the moral dimension has been neglected and the spiritual one has almost completely disappeared. It is caused by the aim of the present day education which, subjected to the economical and polit-ical interests, is not the creation of the autonomous personalities but of the individuals who without criticism comply with the dictate of the system. Under the influence of the culture industry the impersonal One irrestibly spreads. The chances that the young people will be able to withstand the threatening totalitarianism are very low unless they have had different example for modeling in the parental home and in the educational process. Therefore it is very important that the educators, teachers and professors have the power of the personal example by which they will show that it is possible to be person even today. Referring to the philosophers like Kant and Fichte as well as to the spiritual teachers the author appeals to the responsibility of the educators of the young. By moral and spiritual selfper-fection, nurturing the stance of giving love, regard and knowledge, they should offer the alternative to the dominant selfish behaviour. Then they will even without using words with the power of the personal existence exert the positive influence on the young.
