Summary/Abstract: The author makes a comparative analysis of a couple of monographic studies on the works of Valeriu Anania, signed by Nicoleta Pălimaru (Valeriu Anania. Opera literară [The Literary Work], Limes/Renaşterea, Cluj-Napoca, 2011) şi Lucian-Vasile Bâgiu (Valeriu Anania. Scriitorul [The Writer], Limes, Cluj-Napoca, 2006). Nicoletei Pălimaru’s volume is not targeted as a monographic study, as Lucian-Vasile Bâgiu’s volume. Carrying an extensive interdisciplinary investigation, L.-V. Bâgiu’s paper gets to decode the making of each text/volume by Valeriu Anania, while Nicoleta Pălimaru sets the bibliographic context of every topic these texts/volumes deal with, in order to focus on the hermeneutical exercise, by projecting the meta-text into a metaphysical or theological context, as appropriate.
