Summary/Abstract: Following the 2011 general elections, new deputies have taken their places in the Sejm, the lower house of the Polish Parliament. This article provides an overview of the three booklets published by the Bureau of Research (BAS) for the parliamentary newcomers. These publications cover organisation and functioning of the Sejm, selected EU policies and the role of EU law in the legislative process in Poland.
