Summary/Abstract: The main tendency observed in communication between Bulgarian adolescents and their parents is that the percentage of those who report to talk easily to their mother and their father decreases with age. At the same time the relationships with peers get more intensive and tend to increase. Adolescents’ communication in the family and with peers has a significant impact on their life satisfaction. Good relationships with parents and with peers have positive influence on students’ socialization in the period of adolescence.
