Summary/Abstract: Enterprises have at their disposal many important priorities and advantages which should entirely be utilized and the good position on the market should be reached also by virtual working team interactivities. Experiences reached by project of virtual communication realized into educational process created teams on IMS - DP EF UMB in Poprad are involved in this paper. Utilization of unified communication tools and methods by communication process, as well as exploiting of new education methods represent preconditions for flexible and versatile organization of work dealings which are bounded by lower costs and quick decision making process.
