Summary/Abstract: The paper offers a clear, rational, open-minded and in the same time perceptible idea of the highly complex problems of organization, management, planning and anticipation of the objectives which come up to the sport organization for the future high level sportsmen's training and perfecting. When talking about sports competition, first of all we mean the "main actors": sportsmen, results, qualifications, and performance. But behind sportsmen there are trainers, training programmes, and last, but not least an assiduous activity of management that provides the organization of sport competitions, coordination and development: either in a sport association, or on local, national, or international level.
