QUALITY MANAGEMENT - POPULATION ACCES AT MEDICAL SERVICES IN BIHOR COUNTY

Summary/Abstract: The management implements programs for efficient utilisation of the building, in safety conditions against the divers influences from its internal or external environment. The management of the sanitary units is represented by a group of means, procedures and decisions that allow the fulfilment of all the functions required by the users of an objective (users of the health services – patients), in the conditions given by the economical efficiency. As a result of using the management in buildings, the present report shows that an important contribution to these steps is built up by the enhancement of the users’comfort mirrored in the growth of the hospitalized patients’satisfaction degree and of the quality of the sanitary services offered. From this point of view the Geographical Informational System is presented as an indispensable operational instrument of the management of the sanitary units that ensures the authenticity, information accuracy, and the objectivity of the fundamental evaluations, the conceiving and implementing of the development policies and strategies, and of the decisions and control over the sanitary units.
