Summary/Abstract: In Bihor district there are 16 public health units with beds. The impact of prices is essential. The efficiency of these units implies the continuous preoccupation for improving management, both at unit and district level. This paper presents comparative data concerning real estate management of the public health units whether G.I.S is or not used. An extension of the G.I.S. application in public health units’ management is necessary, the main starting point of any kind of investment in infrastructure being creating topographic maps.
