Summary/Abstract: Trying to offer a pertinent explication for the goal and role of the actual globalize IE, we define it as knowing and giving it for the customers final satisfaction and also for their fidelisation process. Our conception tries also to offer a model in order for the leaders to get optimal results from their business daily skills. In this way they will be more conscious towards their ability to understand, use, control and implement emotions at the current 3M (micro-macro-mondo-economics) level. Being perceived by the specialists as a foundational skill, EQ detains the ability to improve and upgrade the communication level, emotional and physical health, academic and business performance and not last the teamwork vision and conception. We suggest through this paper a response variant to the question “why should we care about IE or EQ?”, through a certain analyze starting from the axis IE-EQ.
