HEALTH SYSTEM REFORM

Summary/Abstract: During a constant look at the health system especcialy in Romania we observe that we have many parts discontented with the system, starting with the patients, the doctors and finaly the authorities. It is well known that other more developed countries also have problems with their health systems but in our country its state is still afected by the old socialist policies unsustainable on the market-based economy. We tried here to present some basic principles on which are founded the different health systems and those principles which should be applied in Romania and the present trends.
