THE FINANCIAL CONTROL MADE BY THE MINISTER OF ECONOMY AND FINANCE

Summary/Abstract: During a long period of time I observed that there are many persons, sometimes directly concerned, which are not well informed on the activity of financial-fiscal control performed by the Economics and Finances Department. In many cases was considered that the taxes should be paid at the local authorities instead of the central authorities. It’s true that they were also inverse situations. That’s why I considered it is not unimportant presenting in a short form the mechanism, the structures and the form of the financial-fiscal control of the state, represented by the Economics and Finances Department in his local structures. This step was partially justified by the frequent changes of the structure and implicitly of the prerogatives of the authorities which perform the financial fiscal control of the state.
