Summary/Abstract: Business competition is strongly depended on the educational potential of a given society. Nowadays enterprises have to meet competition, but none of them is ready to meet it. Especially the small and medium sized enterprises (SME) have been assigned growing roles in the economic development in the recent years resulting in SME`s ability quickly to adapt to unexpected changes of enterprising. Many factors influence their success including industry structure, competition, entrepreneurial decision, employee relations, entrepreneurial objectives, organisational structure, as well as education, training and prior work experience. The risk of doing business is closely related to the need of good knowledge in business area and terms of business in real condition – it’s the key to whichever successful business deal. Enterprises must monitor also the organization’s environment and promptly react to its changes. It is more necessary to be creative and evolve own recognition. Traditional vocational education and training must be changed according to such changes and demands of varied environment. To achieve such conditions it is needful to educate yourself in any king kind of ways and means it is more possible to make this process more effectively. Beside the fact that it provides specific and general knowledge to an individual, it increases both cultural and sociable level of the population as a whole and it also increases quality of qualified work and it really has a great economic impact. The management of education services and their structure provided by MoLSA (ÚPSVAR) according to unemployment and requalification needs are discussed in this paper.
