The listening of the defendant if the crime stipulated in art. Article 140. 1 letter. a) Law no. 8 / 1996 on copyright

Summary/Abstract: This study approaches the activity of listening to the accused or the defendant in case of the offence provided under art. 140, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Law regarding copyright and related right, from the criminal procedural and forensic perspective. The main issues dealt with consist of: presenting the preparatory activities for listening to the accused or the defendant; the prediction regarding the personality of the author of the offence; the actual listening of the accused or the defendant; tactical listening procedures; recording the results of listening to the accused or the defendant and checking the accused or the defendant’s statement.
