Summary/Abstract: This article addresses the issues represented by the content and conduct of criminal proceedings, naturally framed in certain coordinates which, due to their combination and their complexity serve to develop a criminal trial theory, which is based on the following constants: the nature of the criminal trial, the object of the criminal trial, systematization of criminal trial, criminal trial subjects and criminal procedural relations.
