Summary/Abstract: Valuation of combining entities required for calculating the exchange ratio for the shares is an important issue related to business combination. The purpose of the article is to present the methods that may be used by combining entities. The paper also contains the results of the research conducted by the Author and related to determining what methods are used by combining entities.
