Summary/Abstract: Web 2.0 technologies offer to companies substantial support in their cooperation within the framework of alliances. They contribute to more efficient communication between partnering companies and between them and their environment. These technologies also support marketing activities to prospective customers. However, the implementation of Web 2.0 to enterprises encounters difficulties caused mainly because of their patriarchal organization structure. Regardless of company size, wikis, blogs and on-line social networks are the most popular Web 2.0 technologies. They are also the most popular technologies used by employees in their private lives.
