Summary/Abstract: International migration of highly skilled is part of the overall migration movement of population which closely associated with process of globalization and technology development. Labour market accessing of "old" European countries and free movement of workers accelerated international labour mobility of the Slovak citizens. There are many highly skilled persons, expert and professional among Slovak labour migrants that evoke suspense concerning possible "brain drain". Presented study analyze incline of international labour migration of school leavers based on the outputs of sociological survey.
