Nature and structure of family factors for learning activity of children coming from Turkish ethnos in Bulgaria

Summary/Abstract: It is discussed in detail the leading role of the family as a factor strongly influencing the motivation establishment in early school age children. Different classifications of learning motives are suggested in psychological literature: content-motives and stimuli-motives; cognitive and social; direct and indirect; intrinsic and extrinsic. The influence of the family on children's learning motivation is revealed on the base of the family structure and specific interrelations among family members. The complex structure and the duties and respect of young members towards old one in Turkish ethnic families in Bulgaria are theoretically analyzed.
