Summary/Abstract: Public-private partnership increases the efficiency of public services. It also provides an additional source of capital. In the years 2009-2011 145 public entities announced PPP projects. Most PPP projects were announced in the regions of Małopolska, Wielkopolska and Silesia. In the years 2009-2011 27 agreements with private partners were signed.
