FINANCIAL DECISIONS BASED ON DIAGNOSTIC ANALYSIS

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents aspects regarding the assessment of company Saturn Alba Iulia. The objective of this paper is to establish the entity’s diagnostic through three evaluation methods that have already been established on the market, namely: the Altman method, the Conan-Holder method and Cematt method. The diagnostic indicators of the entity have been computed for all three methods and a diagnostic was established afterwards through comparison. The usefulness of this paper is evident due to the acute need for certification of the results obtained by diagnosing the entities with the help of methods that exist on the entities’ assessment market, in a context where there is a wide variety of this type of methods.
