Summary/Abstract: This study begins with definitions for the concept of performance and its components. Also, based on the profit and loss account for the period 2004-2010 of company X, we determined the performance indicators for frozen assets, current assets and the performance given by the rates of return. The research methods used in this study were documentation and economic analysis. The novelty of this study consists in the specific calculation of performance indicators based on annual financial statements, as well as establishing a correlation between fixed assets and the turnover, meaning the role played by investments in the size of the turnover from year to year.
